Little is known about Isabelle Bastet... It is said she comes from Egypt.  There are rumors that she belongs to an enclave that practices a culture thought to be long dead in Egypt.  Some say they occasional see her walking around the streets fully cloaked, carrying a cat with her.  However, other than traveling to various places such as Mariton, there is no official record about her...  There is also no record on the existence of her enclave.

-Tried to use Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics for her name... I pretty much spelled out her name that way even though Ancient Egypt never had written vowels...
